Need a class at Pensacola State College for your program of study at your school? The transient process guarantees credit transfers back to your home institution and applies toward your program of study. Follow the steps below to become a transient student at PSC.

I currently attend a public college in Florida.

Apply to the college through Florida Shines. This application will transfer your residency information.
  2. Log in to MyPSC
Once you are accepted, you should have received an email with Workday login information. Using this email, log in to your Workday app. If you need assistance logging in, contact Technology Support. If you notice a hold on your account, please contact the Admissions Office (admissions@pensacolastate.edu) for removal.
  3. Register for Your Approved Course
Use Find Course Sections and Register. See our Registration Page for more information concerning registration. If you have any issues registering, you can email transient@pensacolastate.edu with your course selections and section numbers. If the sections are available, you’ll be registered and sent a confirmation email.
  4. Pay for Your Courses
If you are receiving federal aid to cover your courses, you will need to check with your home institution for reimbursement options. As the host institution, PSC will not award your federal aid. You will be responsible for paying the initial cost of the course, and then you will be reimbursed through your home institution. To ensure you keep your course schedule for the term, please ensure all tuition and fees are paid by the deadline. Please review the academic calendar for fee payment deadlines.
